How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?
Corteva is my employer, so this effort makes me feel seen and heard in my career. It makes me feel like for the first time in my life, I work for a company that will allow me to present my whole self in every meeting I attend and invite my wife to work gatherings outside of the office.
What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?
Specifically, in agriculture, we have a beautifully diverse group of farmers that we support – women, men, LGBTQ+ members, and the most perfectly diverse cultures around the globe. It means so much that we value each and every person from all aspects of the world, background, culture, and so much more.
