How do Corteva’s efforts to advance inclusion, diversity and equity make you feel?
Proud of the company I work for.
What matters most to you about advancing ID&E in agriculture?
What Matters Most to me is to ensure that a woman is able to walk into a room and not feel as though some folks look down upon her because she is a woman, and therefore feel as if she has to prove her worth to that room.
